Safe and modern hotel, amazingly nice staff, greatly enjoyed the magnificent location so close to a lovely area to walk around in, and rural France. Updated and cheap room with big bathroom and kitchen was enjoyable👌

Clean studio requested and it was immaculate with a fresh breeze coming in through an open window. 😊

Beautifully decorated hotel with affable team at night shift. Good looking room with shared bathroom and central heating and a multi-channel television.

The location was its best point - really near the Metro station Bonne Nouvelle. Lots of restaurants in the area ( including international chains like Hard Rock Cafe, McDonalds and Pizza Hut ! ). Also there was a few Irish bars and 2 late night supermarkets, so everything you could need. The mangeress spoke good English and was very helpful.

The hotel was a perfect place for exploring Paris. the room was cheap, neat, and had a double bed with an open window. the location was favorable since a subway station was close to the hotel.

We stayed in the studio flat for 2nights, the room was comfy and spaces enough for a family. Staffs who work in the morning were very nice. Easy to find the way to the hotel, near metro, available to restaurants and supermaket. Rate and location were comparatively very good bargain in Paris.

The flat is located in another building next to the hotel, it was bit trouble everytime when we went back to my room I have to ask the reception staff to open the main door for us. The shower water turned cold after 2 members took shower, so other members have to take shower in the next morning. Light was really dim inside the room. We complained about the water to the young man (staff) at night and he looked impatient.

The location was close to city landmarks for site seeing.

The description of the hotel is deceiving. They did reveal a shared bath/shower room, however they did not disclose online that there was only one shower for the entire hotel (3 floors)!!!!! It was also not properly cleaned and no towels were provided.

The hotel guaranteed free wifi within the hotel, however, neither me nor the other guests who was living in this hotel cannot access to the hotel wifi. The hotel stuff said this is because of something wrong with our computers, which is indeed rediculous as none of the guests can connect to the wifi. He was shirking responsibility and didn't even try to fix that problem. The stuff was impatient as when we were consulting the problems regarding the wifi, he just walk straight to his room and continued to listen his music. Besides, the main light in the room was broken and the bed was not washed tidy. The noise of the water passing the pipe from the upper floor is really loud.

Every day the room where cleaned. The location is good, near the metro, 100 meters.

It was near a school, noisy in the morning (if you are going during the school period). The wireless wasn't working on my android phone (on the laptop it was working).
